There is a RED arrow on the Locking Hose Guide. Line

this arrow up to the triangle printed on the grey rim of

the hose opening in the Main Steamer Unit. Note: there

are ridges inside the opening that match up to the two

knobs on the base of the Locking Hose Guide. Aligning

these knobs, press down and

turn the guide clockwise (as

shown by the CLOSE

arrow) until the RED arrow

aligns with the black line

on the front of the rim.

Insert the widest end of the

telescoping pole into the base

of the unit, aligning threads in

the base ring and turn the base

ring until tightened and ﬂush

with the base.

Insert the hanger assembly to the top of the pole and

press down until it is stable. The crossbar on the hanger

locks into place at the center. Screw the lock tight

against the center pole. Unscrew and lower

sides for storage.
